The afternoon light was gleaming and reflecting off of just about every surface and giving everything a rather orange look, almost. The air was cool yet not chilly. The sounds of birds and small animals on the move were present everywhere, and overall it was a rather pleasant spring day for just about anyone, really.
However, somewhere south of the square, a yawn could be heard. Now who in the world was tired this early in the afternoon? If anyone looked, they could see a green haired man walking into town square carrying a bag over his shoulder with one hand on it at all times. His clothes were a mess on him, and his jeans appeared to be ripped in several places probably from walking through the surrounding forest area for so long. He was covering his mouth again apparently trying to silence another yawn that was working up into his system, yet in the end, that failed.
Jesse Alvaro stretched his free arm and rolled his shoulders as he stepped into the large square. Well this place looks a tad boring..... was the first impression, yet after a moment, Jesse decided to simply wait and see how things played out. He had only just come into the town after having been in the surrounding forest area for a week or two...er....maybe a bit more. Eh, time. He wasn't quite sure. Oh well~
Anyways, yes, now that he had found civilization again, Jesse Alvaro was not quite sure what to do with it. A village meant people...people meant....? Food. There we go~ What he could really use right about now, heh. Maybe even some sort of cake or tart or....meh a sandwich would work just fine, heh. Anything aside from the generic berries that he had been living off of for a while sounded pretty good in the end of it all. Jesse wasn't too picky, but he knew what he liked.
Mmmmm.... wonder who I can mooch off of here.... Jesse thought to himself as his eyes moved around the square rather carefully. A town meant that there were plenty of options for those he could mooch off of, and so he would be careful at first and figure out who would make the best candidate before trying anything.

Run. Run. Run. Run. Run.
Molly rushed through the streets of Charoite. Where was the blacksmith shop, again? It was not in the village, at least not directly, right? Her head scrambled for answers as she continued to run. Quite simply, Molly was lost and she did not know what to do. Eventually, she ran out of breath and began walking. Was she just running around in circles?
Looking straight ahead, she found herself at some sort of...clearing? It was in the shape of square, and the cobblestones turned into red brick. This place must be important. The red brick also fenced her in, with only a few entrances, or in this case exits. Then, something caught her eye. A person with...green hair? Hm. Maybe he or she knew where to go. She could not tell if it was a boy or girl because their back was turned to her.
With a bit of haste in her step, Molly walked straight up to the figure. They looked fairly...messy. Molly took note of this. She reached up and grabbed onto his or her's shirt lightly. "Hey, erm, do you know where the Blacksmith's shop is?" she asked. She stopped tugging and let her arm fall to her side, "I'm lost...."

Jesse had been in the middle of looking around when a tug came to his shirt. His purple colored eyes looked down at the person who was trying to grab his attention. "Hey, erm, do you know where the Blacksmith's shop is?" The green haired man blinked for a moment. "I'm lost...." After another moment, Jesse let out a light laugh.
"Sorry but I don't really think I can help you with that," he laughed over dramatically rubbing the back of his head as he stated this. "I have no idea where anything is. I just got here~" Once again, the green haired man found his head turning and looking about the square as though trying to discern any sort of sign. However, his eyes did not seem to find one.
Hm... now what would a kid be doing at a blacksmith's anyways? Now there was a rather spontaneous thought that would probably have gone straight past Alvaro if he had not caught it in his mind then and there. "Why ya lookin' for him?" he asked turning his head to one side and half smiling again. The bag at his shoulder was starting to cut into said shoulder, and he debated whether to set it down or not. However, in another second, he simply decided to ignore the weight.
Then another thought seemed to hit. Hey... she has to have a family or something right? Maybe she's a cousin out of town or something, but that still means food heh....and... who knows what else...... This thought seemed to bring an even larger smile onto the green haired man's face. However, it also caused the strange jewels on the side of his face to rise up a bit with the muscles.

As he turned around, Molly noticed something strange. The man had....jewelry on his face? Oh, he must know Ieri then! Though, she had never seen someone so weird before. Back in the city, she would see people with odd-colored hair, so he did not question it, but the jewels, and the....hair pins? Was he even a man? She found herself blinking, looking at him with sheer confusion.
Sorry but I don't really think I can help you with that. I have no idea where anything is. I just got here~
Oh, so was he like Molly? Hopefully not in the sense that he was running away from an abusive home, but looking for a home in general? Molly found a smile on her lips, "Well, then. Welcome to Charoite!" Every person deserved a welcoming committee, right? She was just so philanthropic today!
Why ya lookin' for him?
Well, was it not obvious? Hm, of course it was not. This little girl was about to bake a pie with the town blacksmith. Thinking about it that way, it sounded quite interesting, but the guy before Molly seemed to be a master at all things odd. She stepped back a couple steps so that she could see his face better without craning her neck too far back.
"Well," She began. This would be a long story. "I ran away from home, then I met Ieri and now we're baking a pie." Simple, right? "And now I'm late, and he's probably baking it without me..." She looked down, partially embarrassed and also felt bad that Ieri might be making that pie all on his own. Oh, wait! She had not even introduced herself! How rude. "Oh, I'm Molly by the way." She slipped in, looking up and smiling at him.

"Well, "I ran away from home, then I met Ieri and now we're baking a pie. And now I'm late, and he's probably baking it without me..."Oh, I'm Molly by the way." Jesse blinked and then smiled happily. Oh, ok that made sense. Why not, heh?
"Ah nice to meet you Molly, I'm Jesse Alvaro, but you can call me Jesse~" he chimed happily waving a hand all but at perpendicular angles with his his bicep. His face was light and grinning causing the jewels on the side of his face to scrunch together just a bit before finally relaxing again as he started talking again. "I ran way from home two years ago and have been traveling a lot~" he grinned lightly before laughing and finally deciding to set the bag he had been carrying down and standing upright again.
In another moment, he had put both hands backwards and leaned all the way back to the point he was making an arch with his body. Leaning forwards again and then stretching his arm muscles out, he half laughed again. "Sorry, I'm paying attention. I am," he stated aloud. "I'm just a tad sore and needed to stretch."
"Anyways.......So that's why you're looking for the blacksmith? Well, it makes sense to me, heh. How about we find him then?" he grinned lightly again before picking up his bag once more. And maybe I'll get a bite to eat too, hehehe~ "He can't be that hard to find. Let's go look for a sign~" With that, the green haired man seemed to walk off in a random direction looking around for any signs or large map areas.

Ah nice to meet you Molly, I'm Jesse Alvaro, but you can call me Jesse~
"Jesse." Was it normal to repeat someone's name after they've introduced themselves. Molly smiled up at him. He was a nice guy! A little strange, but super duper nice. "Nice to meet you too!" Molly has had nothing but very pleasant encounters with the people in Charoite. She was happy she finally settled in this place.
I ran way from home two years ago and have been traveling a lot~
Oh gosh, he was like Molly! She felt a tinge of familiarity with his words, and she nodded as he spoke. She wondered what kind of adventures he had during his travels, and hoped they were more pleasant than hers. Ieri traveled too. Maybe traveling was the normal thing to do? Molly watched as he moved the bag off his shoulder and began stretching. She laughed a bit; he looked silly.
Sorry, I'm paying attention. I am. I'm just a tad sore and needed to stretch.
Molly understood. She could use the stretching too, but she decided to wait until later. She wanted to know more about this new friend! He continued to speak: Anyways.......So that's why you're looking for the blacksmith? Well, it makes sense to me, heh. How about we find him then? He can't be that hard to find. Let's go look for a sign~
As she nodded, she grinned from ear to ear at the man. "Oh, thank you thank you thank you!" It was a wonder how she got to Charoite in the first place. Since she has been here she has had others pretty much hold her hand. "There were lots of blueberries." she said, but the man was already off to search for some kind of map. She jogged after him, trying to keep up with his pace. "I don't know if there are any maps around here.." She said, looking down at her muddy shoes, then back up again. "I think....I know....nevermind." It was funny how she had already forgotten where her new home was.

Jesse Alvaro could already taste a sandwich that was forming somewhere in the back of his mind. Mmmm with three kinds of cheeses and maybe some different beat and triple layered heheheh~
"I don't know if there are any maps around here." Jesse turned his head and had his pale purple eyes settle on Molly again. "I think....I know....nevermind." The girl had gone quiet for a moment.
Jesse himself was quiet for a moment and brought a finger to his chin and stopped walking completely in that moment. In another moment, two fingers were on the side of his face with one of them twirling a rather lose strand of hair that was not tied back by his odd pins and ties.
"Well we can can just go Moe then," he answered back grinning lightly back at the girl then and there. "I always go Moe when I don't know exactly which way to go~. Eeni, Meanie, Miney, Moe," he stated pointing in different directions as he talked and finally pointing in the direction of the woods and ironically towards Ieri's shop. In another moment, the green haired man simply started walking forwards again rolling his shoulders as he went.
"So is the blacksmith nice?" the green haired man asked the girl with a smile as he looked sideways and down at her. The bag was cutting into his shoulder again, yet he didn't show any sight of flinhcing or pain.

Well we can can just go Moe then. I always go Moe when I don't know exactly which way to go~. Eeni, Meanie, Miney, Moe,
Molly laughed gently. She did not know if he was talking like this because she was so young, or if he was genuinely this amusing. Either way, Molly did not mind it. Seeing a grown man talk as such was entertaining. He could have his own television show. ...did they even have television in Charoite?
Excitement grew as he eenie meanie'd the exits of the Town Square, and finally pointing to the direction towards the woods. Hmm...seemed familiar. His games danced around her brain, and had her glued. Being thirteen was quite the childish time, and having someone who liked to play games was nice. He began walked, and Molly skipped on next to him.
So is the blacksmith nice?
Did he really need to ask? Molly went on forward, and turned around, walking rather briskly but at least faced him. She clasped her hands behind her back. She nodded, "The nicest! When I came to the village to look for a new home, he took me in. Usually, people are really mean and I have to leave." She pouted lightly, "But!" She unclasped her hands and held up a finger, "He may look scary, but he's a big softie!" She admitted, chuckling. She let her arm fall down to her side.
"OOMPH!"
Uh no, walking backwards is definitely not a good idea. She had fallen on an exposed tree root, and found herself on her rump. She flinched. "Owwie.." She murmured under her breath. She stood up, and blushed lightly. Embarrassment was not fun. She turned around, facing the other way, and saw a house in the distance. "That's Ieri's shop!" She exclaimed, as if she had forgotten about her great fall, and pointed in the direction she was looking. She began to run, happy that she was able to find her way back.

"He may look scary, but he's a big softie!" Jesse found himself half smirking at this. Well, if she said so, then it was probably so given her age.
"Well that should be-" Jesse was cut off in that moment.
"OOMPH!" Jesse blinked confused at what had happened until he noticed that she had fallen backwards. After a moment, he turned his head to one side and then the other.
However, after a moment, the girl seemed to turn causing Jesse's eyes to rise up and find a shop at the edge of the woods. "That's Ieri's shop!"
Well~ That seemed to come together rather nicely. Watching as the young girl ran back, Jesse seemed to actually slow his pace downwards. Now here came a tricky part. If the adult... this Ieri... was a bit sharper, Jesse would not know what to do with it. However, suddenly his stomach rumbled, and the green haired man found himself chucking as he walked.
His eyes light purple scanned the shop entrance and then everything around it. It looked pretty small and didn't seem to hold any sort of mystery behind it.... Boring. Oh well, for now. If it meant food and maybe some company, then why not? The girl was certainly charming enough. The green haired man upped his step just a little but kept to his rather slow pace.
After a few more seconds, Jesse made it to the front of the shop and was now staring at the door. Well this should be entertaining, heh...... After a moment, he looked towards Molly and then smiled again rather happily.
